We see a lot of people with the same frustrations. We hear how these frustrations contribute to feelings of despair, depression, anxiety, anger. Medication hasn't worked, counselling hasn't worked; they seem to be walking down the same well trodden path, endlessly repeating therapies or sessions that go nowhere. They seem to have to rely on increased medication usage and get sick of having to repeat themselves to yet another new service.
They ask themselves "is this all there is to me? Am i to be defined by this for the rest of my pointless life?". No wonder we see people with such low self-esteem and self worth, despondent about things ever improving.
Small wonder incidences of poor mental health are rapidly spiralling with no sign of change other than sticky plaster answers.
Perhaps it's time for a new approach.
“Repeating the same behaviours expecting different results is madness.” said someone on the internet...
Which is where we come in.
Let's take a bigger and deeper look; everything is on the table.
